- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie
More than 1.5 million rubles was the national budget deficit in 2012. In this state managed to fulfill all social obligations to the people. The legislators heard Government report on the budget of last year.
Within the framework of implementation of the budget revenues amounted to 117% of the planned indicators. Compared to the year 2011 revenues to the budget amounted to 167%. Most of the cost, more than half, was the cash payments - wages, pensions and benefits. Budget retained social orientation, among the main priorities were health care and social services.
Pridnestrovian oncologists and emergency physicians returned from the refresher courses in the Russian Federation. The organizers and sponsors trips was autonomous non-profit organization "Eurasian integration."
13 ambulance physicians from Tiraspol, Slobodzeya, Bendery and Rynitsa attended the two-week course in Moscow. The training took place at the Department of Therapy, Clinical Pharmacology and emergency ambulance.
Ambulance physician Vyacheslav Maliyev said that he attended the courses at this level for the first time. Lectures were delivered by Professors Vertkin, Taliban, Shegenov. These are people who have a great deal of knowledge and know a lot of secrets of medicine.
The seven oncologists' training took place in St. Petersburg in the department of radiation oncology and nuclear medicine at the Research Institute of Oncology named after Nikolai Petrov.
They plan to step up vocational-oriented education among pupils of Pridnestrovian schools.
Based on an analysis of existing models of work in this area, they are to work out the Republican concept of labor education and career guidance for school graduates.
According to Education Minister Svetlana Fadeyeva, one of the key points of the document should be "the formation of young people's motivation to work." At this stage, "professional self-determination should become the scope of student - society joint interests in the first place, considering the existing labor market needs, the area where the child lives."
"It is impossible to carry out vocational guidance work with children only within the school. One must interact with the organizations of professional education, primarily with the social partners," said the Minister of Education.
More than ten years the Ministry of Education did not produce legal framework for career counseling of high school students. As a result, we have a situation where the labor market is essentially formed spontaneously, without considering the needs of the economy. The correlation between the needs and the professionals trained by educational organization is nonexistent.
Today the economy of Pridnestrovie needs more than 3 thousand professionals. The number of officially registered unemployed is circa 2800. In other words, jobs are available for each. Currently, the country has a need for teachers, doctors, about 1200 professionals in the industry, we also need specialists in the field of transport.
However, among young people registered with the Employment Center there are basically accountants, financiers, lawyers, experts in the field of computer science. Practice shows that only 13 % of graduates of vocational training are employed in their field. This suggests that the guys chose the profession by their own preferences, but failed to correlate them to the real needs of the labor market. Therefore, upon graduation, young people find themselves in a situation where they almost can not get a job, while the timely vocational guidance could have helped them avoid this problem.
Now employers are practically not interested in the quality of learning, academic performance of the employment applicants. Typically, they prefer the people with experience and understanding of manufacturing processes and, at the same time, those with higher education.
Education Minister also reported that at the December meeting of the MOE Board there will be considered an experiment in applied undergraduate education. We are talking about professionals who have a higher education, and at the same time possess the skills of secondary vocational education.

The center of "Russian World" at the State University celebrated the 210th anniversary of Fyodor Tyutchev.
"The never-ending star of Russian poetry" - the great Russian poet Fyodor Tyutchev - was born 210 years ago. In the center of "Russian World" State University noted that date. What did students learn about the poet on that day?
Contemporaries spoke of Tyutchev as of a very interesting personality. For example, it is said that he paid little attention to his appearance. He dressed casually, one might even say sloppy. However, he was of an extraordinarily flexible and sophisticated mind. By the way, the women loved him very much.
Romance "I thought of you..." - one of the most famous poems by the great Russian poet. Kids study Fyodor Tyutchev's poetry in elementary school. And the first line of the poem "Spring storm" is one of the most popular ad quoted. The phrase "I love the storm in early May..." can be heard in a variety of situations.
Besides, Fyodor Tyutchev was also a philosopher, politician and statesman. Many call him even a political visionary.
Diplomat, philosopher, poet Fyodor Tyutchev. appeared at the seminar as a multi-faceted personality, students said. Some of them were surprised to learn that in the XIX century he played an important role in Russian foreign policy. As a privy councilor, Tyutchev successfully coped with the mission of a public diplomat. He put forward the much-needed and timely ideas, projects that have been associated with a real future and the future of Russia. But he remained in the shadow.
They also talked a lot about the role of favorite women in Tyutchev's poetry. In addition to the beauties of nature, in his poems he praised feminine beauty. Each of his many love stories was reflected in his poems.
The half hour seminar flew by, admitted the students and teachers. And all because you can talk for hours of such outstanding people as Tyutchev. And you can listen forever to his immortal verses.
The Pridnestrovian town of Grigoriopol approved the draft flag. Arts Council considered five sketches of the town flag, presented by creative duo - Mikhail Maidan and Anatoly Grosul.
After carefully considering each entry, the majority of members of the Art Council voted for the sketch of the flag as a rectangular cloth with three broad bands of white, blue and green, placed between the two narrow strips of red.
As detailed on the official website of the state administration, on the recommendation of the Arts Council, this sketch will be finalized. They invited to consider the possibility of adding the left side, the flagstaff side, of a vertical strip of Moldavian ornament etc. These options will be considered at the next meeting of the Arts Council.

The town anthem was composed by Stepan Gaz, the arrangement was made by Anatoly Byrsan, the text written by Tatiana Bovar' and Lyudmila Shapovalova. The hymn passed the approval process of the Heraldic Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. And on July 25, 2013, during a solemn meeting devoted to the Town's Day, the anthem of the town of Grigoriopol was first heard officially.
