- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie
December 12 is the Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Constitution is a solid foundation for the democratic development of the Russian state. This is not just a declaration of good intentions, it is a real working document of direct action. Constitution for the citizen of any country is the law, which he should know in the first place, because the knowledge and careful application of laws is the norm of civilized life, a powerful lever to improve its quality.
On behalf of the Republic and personally, the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk sent congratulations to the Russians and the Head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the nationwide public holiday.
"Incorporating the experience of the past, the Constitution of the Russian Federation provides opportunities for the revival and development of the cultural and spiritual values of the people. Today Russia is a democratic, spiritually rich country, an active participant in international relations," said Yevgeny Shevchuk.
Pridnestrovian President expressed his gratitude for the active support of Russian citizens living in our country. Pridnestrovian nation is proud of the successes achieved by the Russian state.
Yevgeny Shevchuk wished all citizens of the Russian Federation stability, peace and goodness and prosperity.
Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk congratulated the people of Nagorno-Karabakh on the Independence Day and the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh.
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) was formed on September 2 1991 within former Nagorno - Karabakh Autonomous Region and neighboring Shaumyan region of Azerbaijan. On that day, a joint session of People's Deputies of the Nagorno - Karabakh regional and Shahoumyan Soviets with participation of deputies of all levels of the Soviets adopted the Declaration of the NKR independence, in accordance with the legislation of the USSR, as well as enshrined in international instruments the right of people to self-determination.
On December 10, 1991 the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh held a referendum on the independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Despite the incessant shelling of Armenian settlements by the Azerbaijani military formations, the plebiscite was attended by over 82% percent of the total number of registered voters, of which nearly 99.9 % voted for independence of the Republic of Artsakh (NKR second name). Results of the referendum, its democracy, and openness were confirmed by independent international observers.
The Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie commented on some statements of the head of MAEIE of Moldova Natalia Gherman.
In particular, Natalia Gherman said that the Pridnestrovian representatives attended all rounds of negotiations on DCFTA, so that, in her words, "Tiraspol knows very well what was negotiated, what were the parties' positions and the outcome of these negotiations." In this regard, the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie considers necessary to communicate the following.
The Moldavian side has been extremely selective in fulfilling its obligation to inform the Pridnestrovian side, while Pridnestrovie has spotlessly respected the agreements reached in the decision on the involvement in negotiations on deep and comprehensive free trade area in the status of an independent observer.
The materials obtained by the Pridnestrovian observer could not be transferred to third parties or covered by the media, including the Moldavian side's dishonorable approaches.
Mrs. Herman chose to ignore the fact that in addition to the negotiating rounds the parties held regular meetings – videoconferences to address a number of critical issues of DCFTA Agreement.
Pridnestrovian representatives have never received an invitation to these events, and no information on the measures and decisions reached there has been distributed among independent observers from Pridnestrovie, and therefore the statement of Mrs. Herman that they fully informed Pridnestrovie distorts reality.
Pridnestrovian side has repeatedly appealed against Moldova and the European Union to provide the full text of the Agreement on DCFTA to analyze the impact of the new trade regime on the economy of Pridnestrovie, but always their refusal followed the requests.
Puzzling are the words of Mrs. Herman about the regular submission of "documents on the preparation of negotiating rounds" to Tiraspol. Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry has not received any materials, except for a brief agenda of each round, and then belatedly.
Pridnestrovian side considers it necessary to reiterate that it even the scanty amount of required information was enough to draw conclusions about the imminent threats to the Pridnestrovian economy posed by the onerous terms of the new trade regime.
Obviously, the Moldavian side deliberately refused to provide the full text of the Agreement, at the same time trying to create an illusion of cooperation on this issue in order to fulfill the requirements of the European Union. In this situation, the Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry once again reaffirms its principled stance and the readiness to discuss issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and the European Union on a bilateral basis.
Pridnestrovian side has repeatedly urged the Moldavian side to intensify joint efforts to overcome the contradictions in the field of economic cooperation, the elimination of constraints to implement FEA by Pridnestrovian economic agents, without which a co-promotion in matters of new trade regimes is impossible.
Pridnestrovian initiatives to establish between Pridnestrovie and Moldova the overall trade regime, free from mutual constraints, in the case of its implementation would not only contribute to the successful cooperation between the sides and building an atmosphere of trust, but also allowed to open a dialogue on more complex issues in the economic sphere - Foreign Ministry believes.
This initiative was identified by experts at the Conference on Confidence in Landshut, and as part of the November meeting of the participants to the "5+2" format in Kiev.
The Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie reaffirms its continued readiness for constructive cooperation aimed at developing solutions across the spectrum of issues of socio-economic nature.
Pridnestrovian MFA met with experts of the European Union in the field of employment and information technology, led by Pen Lindberg.
The meeting participants discussed the possibility of implementing the project by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic in the field of employment in Pridnestrovie. International experts are ready to conduct monitoring of the situation in Pridnestrovie and its subsequent modernization using modern information technology. In particular, it is planned to create a single specialized Internet resources, which will include an expanded database of open positions that will allow citizens to search for the desired jobs in the country.
Tiraspol hosted the final press conference of the Pridnestrovian Ombudsman dedicated to the World Human Rights Day. It is celebrated on the anniversary of the UN Universal Declaration, which enshrines the inalienable and equal rights for all people.
For 11 months Vasily Kalko has already received 700 Pridnestrovians. Each year, the Ombudsman receives over a thousand applications. Each of them tells of specific problems and specific human rights violations. Sometimes the problem can be resolved only after the intervention of the Ombudsman.
"This should not be an exception, it should be the rule when the relevant public authority would carry out the instructions, and the requirement of the law," said Vasily Kalko.
The number of applications each year is approximately equal. On all appeals they carryout inspections, give explanations and recommendations, if necessary, provide legal assistance. The most frequent complaints concern suppressing social and economic rights., for example, unfair dismissal and the impossibility of employment.
Human Rights are the rights that you have simply because you are a human being. Institute of Human Rights Ombudsman in Pridnestrovie for seven years had been promoting respect of these rights. Work is carried out in close contact with the authorities at all levels.
The State Customs Committee of Pridnestrovie is developing plans to implement the strategy of economic security.
Recall, this strategy was approved by the Head of State Yevgeny Shevchuk at the end of November this year.
Thus, the strategy envisages additional measures to promote exports of Pridnestrovian goods, simplifying customs procedures and reducing customs loads for individual industries. No less important area of work is the identification and prediction of the factors determining the threat of economic security that corresponds to the fight against smuggling and customs violations.
For the entire period it has also been developed a set of control measures that customs authorities intend to carry out in cooperation with the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Committee of the Republic.
In the winter months, the number of citizens significantly increases in the northern capital of Pridnestrovie. Residents of the nearby Moldavian town of Rezina move to Rybnitsa for the entire cold period. The reason is simple - the amount of utility bills in their homeland is simply overwhelming for them.
Rybnitsa and Rezina – the two cities on opposite banks of the Dniester River – have always been associated by neighborly relations. Just 15 minutes on a regular shuttle bus - and you're abroad. But with the advent of the first snow Rezina residents come to the northern capital of Pridnestrovie is not just for visiting or shopping. Many of them stay here to ride out the cold.
In winter, it is very difficult to rent an apartment in Rybnitsa. For the past 5 years it has become a fashionable trend for Moldavians to move to Pridnestrovie for the winter season. However, this trend is not as fashionable as necessary. So, heating gas is 10 times more expensive in Moldova than in our country. Those who move, not only save on gas, but also on water. If in our republic the average price of a cc of water is 4 rubles, in Moldova – it costs 25 lei. Electricity for the neighbors is too much more expensive: almost 2 lei per kilowatt, while we are charged 52 kopecks.
According to realtors, residents of Rezina are seeking not only to stay, but also to buy a property in Rybnitsa.
No one knows how many people have moved from Rezina to Rybnitsa. But residents of the northern capital notice - traffic on city streets in the winter becomes much livelier. And every year – heavier.
In the main university Pridnestrovie they spoke of the characteristics and problems of Slavic languages.
The cultural center "Russian world" at the Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Grigorievich Shevchenko hosted the Republican scientific-methodical seminar "Slavic language culture in the XXI century".
The workshop was the final in a series of ongoing activities at the university, devoted to anniversaries since the Baptism of Russia and the creation of Slavic Literature. This year there were many such events. There were round tables, the Days of Slavic literature and culture, as well as many other activities of the Ukrainian, Bulgarian and Russian centers.
The workshop participants delivered reports in Russian, Moldavian, Ukrainian, and Bulgarian. Among the issues were cultural and linguistic integration of modern Slavic world, aspects of the modern Slavic drama, the study of Slavic languages of Bulgarian language in the context of contemporary trends, and the role of writers in the preservation of the Russian language.
There were also presentations on the current state of Slavic languages and countries where they are spoken.
