- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;
News from Pridnestrovie
Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk submitted to the Supreme Soviet an initiative on introducing amendments to the Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The proposed changes lead to the harmonization of legislation of the Republic and the Russian Federation. This will complete the convergence of Pridnestrovie and Russia, strengthening the existing historical, cultural and economic relationships within a single Russian world.
On September 17, 2006 the people of Pridnestrovie expressed their will in the referendum on the independence of the course of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and further free joining the Russian Federation. In subsequent years, the state took systemic steps towards the planned harmonization with Russia. But, all in all it was fragmentary and sketchy. The President proposed to complement the Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with an article that shall read as follows:
Legal system of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is formed by the federal law of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties. Features of the application of the federal law of the Russian Federation shall be established by constitutional law."
Taking into account the aspirations of the Pridnestrovian people to integrate into the Russian space, the President considers it necessary to introduce the federal legislation of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Republic. This will become an effective means in reflecting the needs of the time and economy. This initiative is all the more needed after the Vilnius Summit.
Russian media are actively discussing Shevchuk's legislative initiative and cited justification for this decision:
"This will enable one to directly distribute and apply the experience of the Russian legislature, which is an indispensable component of the inner life of Pridnestrovie, taking into account the will of the people."
"Pridnestrovie faces the acute problem of integration in the new economic reality after the signing by the RM of the agreement on free trade with the EU. In this situation, you need to show the political will to implement international norms and declarations, which were declared at the level of the entire civilized world."
Russian media write about the fact that our country has previously proposed measures to harmonize not only the legislation of the two countries, but also discussed the possibility of introducing on the territory of Pridnestrovie of Russian ruble as legal tender. Another initiative was the introduction of the flag of national unity. The base is colors of the national flag of Russia, a special emblem symbolizing the desire of the inhabitants of Pridnestrovie to unite with the Russian Federation.
At the end of last week, there was another incident at the Moldavian-Pridnestrovian border. A six-men camera crew of the Pridnestrovian State Television and Radio, bound to the Republic of Moldova in a specially marked vehicle, was stopped by immigration services of neighboring states to check documents.
During the test, migration officers denied the reporters of the First Pridnestrovian TV channel entry into the territory of Moldova, justifying their actions by the Pridnestrovian reporters' lacking accreditation in the territory of Moldova.
The Foreign Ministry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic draws attention to the fact that this is not the first such case when Pridnestrovian journalists are detained on the border between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. During the meeting of the "Permanent Conference..." in Brussels on October 3, 2013, in the presence of representatives of the "5+2" format, the Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski raised a question regarding the need for accreditation in the Republic of Moldova, the Pridnestrovian journalists, who had been denied access to the meeting Representative for Political Affairs in the Pridnestrovian settlement of Moldova Yevgeny Karpov with the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrei Deshchytsa. Then, commenting on the issue, Yevgeny Karpov stated that accreditation of Pridnestrovian journalists in Moldova is not necessary," reads the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie.
The Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie is concerned with the obvious discrepancy between the Moldavian side's approaches and the statements made by representatives of the Republic of Moldova at the international venues. Along with this, the Foreign Ministry informs that Pridnestrovie is ready for accreditation of its journalists in Moldova in accordance with the procedures that take place in all foreign countries.
The corresponding formal appeal has been addressed to the Moldavian side.
Pridnestrovie hosted the regular meeting of the Joint Control Commission, during which the Pridnestrovian delegation expressed concern about the actions of the Moldavian police in areas with high security regime Bendery, issuing a statement.
It says: "Unfortunately, we must admit that lately the police of the Republic of Moldova, stationed in areas with increased security regime in Bendery, in violation of Art. 3 of "Provisional Regulations on the basic principles of law enforcement in areas with increased security regime" from August 14, 1992, have been attempting to conduct actions of operational and procedural nature in respect of citizens of Pridnestrovie, which are uncoordinated with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Pridnestrovie".
The Pridnestrovian side recalls that policing and crime control in the security zone shall be conducted through "joint efforts of law enforcement bodies of the parties by mutual agreement."
"This agreement does not yet exist, the Moldavian side refusing thus to negotiate on the basis of compromise and consensus. Meanwhile, the Moldavian police without prior arrangement sets the rules in areas with high security regime fully and pointedly ignoring the earlier agreements," says the Pridnestrovian delegation.
The document circulated by the delegation of Pridnestrovie makes particular emphasis on the fact that the Moldavian colleagues in the JCC could easily spend "explanatory work among the leadership of the Bendery Police Inspectorate", which would remove the growing tension in the city." "Of course, if the achievement of peace in Bendery was really a priority of the Moldavian side," specifies the statement.
Meanwhile, the Pridnestrovian delegation to the JCC also reported that the bodies of internal affairs of Pridnestrovie are willing to cooperate constructively with law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Moldova in the fight against crime, protection of public order, health and legal interests of citizens on terms determined by the relevant agreements between the competent authorities the parties and the relevant decisions of the Joint Control Commission."
Also as part of the JCC meetings they have agreed to conduct on December 26 this year an inspection tour of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces checkpoints to check conditions of the military service in the winter. Such inspections are conducted twice a year.
In the House of Formal Receptions of the President Pridnestrovie, on the initiative of the President Yevgeny Shevchuk, hosted a round table on the theme: "Economic Security State subject to external challenges." The discussion panel was attended by leaders of the republic, the public and the scientific community, the directors of large Pridnestrovian enterprises.
The main topic of discussion was the risk for Pridnestrovie in case of signing by Moldova and Ukraine of the agreement on free trade zone with the European Union.
Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce Yuri Ganin in his speech cited several possible scenarios in the case of integration of the neighboring countries into a common European economic space. According to him, changing trade regimes in these countries can create a threat to the economic security of Pridnestrovie, however, it is possible that our country will become a platform for effective economic partnership between the two integration organizations. In order to produce competitive products and not lose markets Pridnestrovie needs to modernize the system of technical regulation and standards in line with the Customs and the European Union.
In turn, the executive director of the Union of Industrialists, farmers and entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Berkovich drew attention to the fact that domestic enterprises need to modernize their production. A similar position is shared by the President.
The President stressed that "today there are problems not only with the markets, but also the lack of appropriate technologies to compete with producers of other states." The President informed of the draft law allowing the government to respond quickly to the difficulties faced by the Pridnestrovian economic agents.
The forum also noted the importance of signing the Protocol "Rogozin - Shevchuk." According to the vice - president of the Union of Industrialists, farmers and entrepreneurs republic Yuri Cheban, today one needs to develop a road map for the reorientation of the Pridnestrovian exports to countries of the Customs Union.
The president also talked about the fact that Pridnestrovian legislation should be reformed "in order to set up a unified legal framework with Russia and the Customs Union."
Summing up the results of the meeting, the President said that "the special situation Pridnestrovie has found itself in, requires special solutions."
"The roundtable has worked out appropriate proposals. And today, on the basis of what has already been achieved, we have to take another step forward - towards stability," concluded the President.
In the Pridnestrovian city Dubossary celebrated its 90th anniversary of the only living participant in the siege of Berlin Vladimir Arkhipovich Tolmachev.

"During the storming of Berlin 36 soldiers of our of 50-man unit were killed," says the veteran. In their honor, after returning from the war, he planted on his plot an alley of 36 rose bushes that bloom to this day.

During that time he had made more than 150 innovations, for which he was awarded the title of Distinguished Innovator of the MSSR.
Several times Vladimir Arkhipovich fully donated his personal pensions to the Peace Fund, to create a monument to the fallen soldiers on Poklonnaya Hill and victims of the Chernobyl disaster.

But nevertheless, they have survived and made an enormous contribution to the development of their homeland." They wished him good health and prosperity of his family.
Zinaida Kibort named Vladimir Tolmachev a living legend. According to her, "Fatherland" morally and financially supports members of their organization – the Great Patriotic War veterans who are citizens of the Russian Federation.
