- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie
Vilnius summed up the summit of "Eastern Partnership", which took place late last week. Kiev did not sign an association agreement with the EU. However, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych assured European partners that it will happen in the "near term." Many experts have called the expected timing: spring next year, at another EU - Ukraine summit in Brussels.
"Ukraine and the European Union have gone along a difficult course of negotiation and compromise for more than six years. We have to do a few crucial steps on this path. We are talking about the need to prepare the prerequisites that will ensure maximum results..." said Viktor Yanukovych in Vilnius.
Ukraine is ready to make these decisive steps towards the European Union, subject to certain conditions, announced by Viktor Yanukovych: these are the resumption of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, the revision of the EU restrictions on trade relations with Ukraine, Brussels' participation in modernization of the Ukrainian gas transportation system and the removal of contradictions in economic Cooperation with Russia and the countries of the Customs Union. However, representatives of the European Union refused.
President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy said that the proposal for the association remains open, but in any case, Ukraine will have to fulfill the requirements of the EU to modernize the country.
Moldova initialed an agreement on free trade zone with the EU. The document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Leanca and European Commissioner for Security Policy Catherine Ashton. However Moldova does not want to spoil the relations with Russia. Leanca said that "Moldova is committed to developing civilized and constructive relations with Russia."
According to him, European integration means the stability and predictability of Moldova, which is beneficial to all countries. However, the document's initialing does not mean its automatic signing. The rate of approximation of Moldova to the standards of Europe depends entirely on ourselves. Moldova has got the chance to get closer to the European family for the first time in twenty years. The country opens a new chapter in its history - said Leanca.
At the same time, not all citizens of Moldova share the joy of the prime minister. According to opinion polls, conducted by IMAS institute, only about half of the population would vote for their country's accession to the European Union.

Pridnestrovian sociologists regularly conduct public opinion polls among residents of the Republic with respect to human rights in Pridnestrovie. The participants were presented a comparative study that reveals the dynamics of changes in Pridnestrovians' subjective opinions on the situation with human rights and freedoms in Pridnestrovie over the past few years.
Director of the independent analytical research center "New Age" Elena Bobkov noted that the event is not by chance coincided with the summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius. According to her, the initialling by the Republic of Moldova of the Association and Free Trade Area Agreements with the EU will directly affect the inalienable rights of Pridnestrovians in the light formation of a new economic reality. The sociologist noted that some concerns of local people identified during the survey, conducted annually for the past five years by order of the Commissioner for Human Rights, should be considered in the context of the events taking place in Vilnius.
According to the reported results of the study conducted by Pridnestrovian sociologists the Pridnestrovians consider the right to life, medical care, old-age provision and well-paid job as having supreme value in the hierarchy of civil rights and liberties. Most respondents noted that these rights in the country are mainly observed. In particular, more than 40 % of respondents welcomed the public authorities' protection of law and order, human rights and freedoms. Notably, nearly 36 % of respondents are willing to contact the police if their rights are violated.

In particular, he recalled that the Foreign Ministry in its competence takes a number of measures to ensure maximum human rights in Pridnestrovie. They have already held a series of events designed to identify priorities for public authorities to protect the rights and interests of our citizens in the prevailing conditions.
