- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie

After eighteen months of Moldavian delegation's blocking the work of JCC, the Joint Control Commission has started to work. The parties have agreed to develop regulations that would regulate the differentiation of dislocation of the Russian peacekeeping battalion and the the Joint Staff of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces. Recall that currently their territory is not demarcated, which allowed the Moldavian side without the consent of the Joint Control Commission, ostensibly to improve the service of their part, to deploy the additional forces and create the appropriate infrastructure in the territory of the Russian part.

"Placement of the Joint Staff of the JPF within the Russian peacekeeping battalion in Bendery was not regulated, - said the head of the Pridnestrovian delegation to the JCC Oleg Belyakov. - This allowed the Moldavian side to hold one or another part of the territory, build barracks, build fleets and other infrastructure. Now we have agreed that the Joint Staff of the territory should be defined separately. Most importantly, it will now be exactly the Joint Staff to establish joint structures that are necessary for management of peacekeeping forces, and not scattered units of separate contingents."

Pridnestrovie President Yevgeny Shevchuk held a series of working meetings on the state of the republic and power systems, as well as staffing problems in the judicial branch.

According to the presidential press service, the President discussed with Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Committee of prices and competition activities Vitali Ulitka and his assistant on the transport and construction Yuriy Melnyk the questions of the energy system of Pridnestrovie. "After an exchange of views The President gave instructions," reports the Presidential press-service.

Next Yevgeny Shevchuk received Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vladimir Rymar'. At the plenary session of the Supreme Soviet his powers by the nomination of the Head of State parliamentarians were extended for the next six years.

As part of the meeting they dealt with the need to reduce the terms of court cases. Courts of general jurisdiction maintain considerable litigation - about 47-48 thousand a year. "This figure suggests that a large number of citizens of the republic appeal to justice," said Vladimir Rimar.

They also discussed issues related to the courts' staffing. Pridnestrovian President has tasked the Chairman of the Supreme Court challenge to explore, together with the Government, the possibility of additional stimulus for the judiciary, in particular, higher wages.

According to the press service of the President of Pridnestrovie, the shortage of city and district courts' personnel is 32 %, and the Supreme Court - 47 percent.

Pridnestrovian Commander-in-Chief Yevgeny Shevchuk discussed with the head of the Ministry of Defense Alexander Lukyanenko issues concerning the country's defense.

During a meeting, in particular, they discussed the process of the present draft.

"The first recruits have already been sent to the Armed Forces of the Republic. This work will continue through December of this year," reported Alexander Lukyanenko. In turn, the President of Pridnestrovie stressed that the conditions of the military service should be a at the proper level.

Also during the meeting, the Minister of Defense reported that on November 29 of this year, they completed activities approved by the President on the plan of combat training in 2013. Pridnestrovie's parliament held a public hearing "Assessing the current state of the economy of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, threats and prospects of its development."

Acknowledging the difficult economic situation in our state, which has led to a decline in industrial production, speakers tried not only to identify the challenges, but also to identify possible solutions.

According to the chairman of the Supreme Soviet Mikhail Burla, focusing on the evaluation of customs and tariff policy, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic has to expand the tax base by increasing the number of economic agents, as rising revenues from increased tax burden on the already existing enterprises has natural limitations.

Speaking about the tariff policy, the speaker noted that the increase in energy prices for industrial enterprises up to the level of procurement prices should be done gradually. However, according to Mikhail Burla, Pridnestrovie has to reach agreement with Russia on reducing prices for delivered gas in Pridnestrovie, which are the largest consumers of enterprises with Russian capital.

The vice-president of the Union of Industrialists, farmers and entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie (UIFEP) Yuri Cheban stressed in his report the importance of the application of a wide range of tools for the diversification of the economic system of Pridnestrovie.

In order to implement the Protocol "Shevchuk - Rogozin" Pridnestrovie can also negotiate with Russia on the Pridnestrovian enterprises joining the distribution system of the RF state orders, believes UIFEP Vice President.

According to Yuri Cheban, the Republic should make full use of common space with Ukraine, creating a joint free economic zone, with tax-free offshore territories regime to attract entrepreneurs and mini-science cities to those areas where Pridnestrovie has certain backlogs.

They also talked about the situation in the industry in our country as a whole, as well as the situation in the transport, construction industry and light industry.

Among the proposals were voiced zero customs duties on passenger transport, which must be purchased to replace the old fleet, and the need to modernize the tax system, which should generally meet the standards adopted in neighboring countries.

According to the results of public hearings, they have adopted a resolution which recognized the need to take anti-crisis measures in the field of taxes and tariffs, access to international markets businesses, improve the investment climate and ensure the transition to the strategic planning of the economy.

The State Customs Committee of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic held an open testing an updated version of the automated system of accounting violations of customs regulations (ACS STP). The work was carried out by the customs authorities of the republic in order to improve process control schemes that can make service activities more transparent and orderly, as well as eliminate excessive bureaucratization.

Since the beginning of the year the number of violations of customs legislation identified by customs officers, as well as the amount of fines collected from violators, has increased by half.

"Thanks to ACS module NTP customs officers have the opportunity to receive information about violators of customs regulations, as well as both administrative and criminal illegal actions, committed in the field of customs legislation," said one of the developers of a modernized version of this system, a senior commissioner control against smuggling in the SCC Anatoly Kireev.

According to him, these data allow inspectors to identify lists of risks and determine which persons, vehicles, documents and goods are subject to greater scrutiny.

Note that an upgraded version of ACS NTP is based on a modern platform "1C", the 8th version.

The Orthodox Christmas Lent began. It will last 40 days and will end on Christmas Day.

Clergy say its primarily a spiritual fasting. Scanty food helps configure soul. Bread, vegetables, fruit, and, sporadically, fish and foods with vegetable oil can be eaten during Lent.

Establishment of Advent dates back to the ancient times of Christianity. According to Vladimir Skorobogaty, the fasting is designed to prepare the soul for Christmas holiday." Christmas is the second holiday after Easter in importance for Orthodox Christians," he said, adding that abstinence brings not only spiritual, but also bodily healing.

According to the rules of abstinence, during Lent one shalt not eat foods such as meat, cheese, butter, milk, eggs. In addition, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday fish, wine and oil (vegetable oil) are forbidden. Fish during the Christmas post is allowed on Saturdays and Sundays and great feasts, when they fall on a Tuesday or Thursday. If the holiday falls on a Wednesday or Friday, besides plant food, wine and oil are permissible.

According to the clergy, without prayer and penance fasting becomes only diet.

"We have holidays, we have weekdays. We clean our apartment. We have to clean our heart. One accumulates a lot. Man quickly gets used to the dirt of evil and it is very hard to unlearn it. It is necessary to keep yourself in check, and especially during Lent," said in conclusion Archpriest Vladimir Skorabogaty.
