- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;
News from Pridnestrovie
During the second day of the meeting of the "Permanent Conference..." under the Ukraine chairmanship of the OSCE Representatives of Political Affairs of Pridnestrovie and Moldova Nina Shtanski and Evgeny Karpov, with the participation of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the OSCE signed a protocol decision of the arrangements on some issues of pension and social security. Recall, this draft document initiated by the Pridnestrovian side was coordinated by expert (working) groups on humanitarian assistance for almost two years and a final agreement on it was recorded by dedicated professionals of the two sides on November 22, 2013.
Participants of the "5+2" format expressed the view that the implementation of Protocol decisions will improve practical cooperation of the authorized structures to ensure an adequate level of social protection.
During the last round of negotiations, the parties also initialed "Legal decision concerning certain aspects of the freedom of movement of the population," the provisions of which preclude the use of administrative sanctions against the Pridnestrovian residents having foreign passports, including in overseas travels. Since 2009, this question has been one of the most conflicting in the relationship of the parties, and its resolution will contribute to ensuring the movement of the inhabitants of Pridnestrovie, having citizenship of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, when crossing the state border of the Republic of Moldova.
The parties also signed a protocol decision to implement the project of reconstruction of treatment facilities in Dubossary and and collector system in Kriulyany. In accordance with this decision, the parties welcome the readiness of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to finance a feasibility study for the project on reconstruction of these objects. The decision on the financing of the reconstruction project data infrastructure was announced by representatives of Germany during the Conference on Confidence in Landshut.
The above decisions were taken in the framework of small steps tactics agreed by the parties that, above all, are aimed at ensuring the resolution of questions regarding the standard of living of the population.
In the broader context of the issue of freedom of movement the parties also discussed the prospects of carrying out repairs on the bridge over the Dniester River in the vicinity of the villages Bychok and Gura Bicului and sidings to it, as well as the need of Moldova's granting permits for international cargo transportation to Pridnestrovian Hauliers.
In addition, the sides discussed a whole range of other issues of socio-economic nature. In particular, they have discussed the progress on the implementation of the decision to dismantle the cable car between the city of Rybnitsa and the town of Rezina. Russian representative informed about the readiness of the Russian Federation Ministry of Emergency Situations to start work on dismantling the facility before the end of this year.
As part of the discussion on the functioning of Pridnestrovian enterprises and removal of restrictions on foreign economic activity Pridnestrovian side expressed its initiative to commission expert (working) groups to start elaboration of proposals for the definition of an integrated approach to solving the problems in the economic sphere through a clear documented legal framework of economic cooperation at the political level, including the creation of a special trade regime acceptable to both sides. Minister of Economic Development of Pridnestrovie Maya Parnas had previously addressed with the mentioned proposal to the participants of the conference in Landshut Bavarian.
Pridnestrovie hoped that Serbia and Switzerland as co-chairing OSCE countries, will be equally interested in promoting dialogue between Pridnestrovie and Moldova, as well as Ukraine, whose one-year chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe is coming to an end.
The First Pridnestrovian TV Channel broadcast the exclusive interview of Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk with a Russian journalist, a REN TV host Ilya Doronov, covering a wide range of issues.
Speaking about the negotiations between Moldova and Pridnestrovie, Yevgeny Shevchuk focused on the fact that by the new agreements with the European Union they are trying to persuade Pridnestrovie to make unfavorable republic political decisions. Moreover, the Moldavian leadership openly expressed its position that it will try to use this agreement to pressure on Pridnestrovie economically and thus resolve the unsettled relations.
This, according to the Head of Pridnestrovie, is being done in order to "kill" the Pridnestrovian economy and to achieve favorable political solution, to squeeze out a certain group of people here who have lived here for many years, and squeeze out the presence of the Russian Federation.
The President noted that "if Russia leaves, a military conflict between Pridnestrovie and Moldova would be possible. External forces may simply stifle Pridnestrovie and create conditions to squeeze away the citizens of the Russian Federation. The Russian presence in Pridnestrovie is the guarantor of stability and peace.
During the interview, the President expressed the hope that "civilized divorce" between Moldova and Pridnestrovie still takes place, as the foundation of it is the will of the people.
Speaking about the recently signed protocol with the Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation on Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin, Yevgeny Shevchuk said that this document is aimed at the development of previously signed between Tiraspol and Kishinev agreements in which it is determined that Pridnestrovie has the right to establish independent economic ties.
The President also stressed the active work of Dmitry Rogozin in Pridnestrovie, in particular, he recalled that the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Eurasian integration" is implementing large-scale works on the construction of social facilities in our country.
Responding to Ilya Doronov's question about the results of his presidency Shevchuk noted positive changes in the national economy. So, last year the state tax collection rate increased due to clear tax administration, customs policy in terms of collection of customs duties, a unified approach for all economic agents.
Unfortunately, one has failed to attract significant financial resources to ensure a more dynamic development of Pridnestrovian enterprises. This is because of the fact that private capital is reluctant to enter Pridnestrovie, as there are issues of political status, therefore, uncertainty about the future. The global financial instability also provides negative impact on these processes.
However, in two years one has managed to maintain stability in the country, maintain the stability of pensions and other social benefits amidst the state budget deficit. One has managed to support the currency. And in this direction the development and strengthening of relations with the Russian Federation is very important.
The Head of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic congratulated the people and the head of the Republic of Abkhazia Alexander Ankvab on Constitution Day.
Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk said that the adoption of the Constitution accelerated socio-economic development of Abkhazia, laid the foundations for ensuring the constitutional rights and freedoms of its citizens, the state system of the country. The Basic Law of the Republic approved the right to freedom, justice and independence of the Abkhaz people, the right to protection of family and homeland.
Yevgeny Shevchuk expressed the hope that a constructive partnership of Pridnestrovie and Abkhazia on all key aspects of bilateral relations will continue to serve the cause of strengthening ties between the two countries.
According to the Foreign Minister of Pridnestrovie Nina Shtanski, today, almost two decades later, the fundamental law of the Republic of Abkhazia is promoting democratic reforms, economic growth and social stability.
Strictly following the Constitution, strengthening the vertical of power, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, contributing to the development of the economy, Abkhazia is steadily moving towards the development of all spheres of society.

Many countries marked the World information Day. It is a relatively young festival. It appeared in the early 90s and was designed to draw attention to the growing role of information in modern society. They celebrate it differently. Somewhere they spend big thematic conferences, for example, in Chelyabinsk (Russia), young people organized a flash mob. They decided to walk computer mice around the streets.
In the IT age information has become almost the main value. "He who owns the information - owns the world," says the modern wisdom. Information has became available. The civil service of information of Pridnestrovie says: access to information in our country is no worse and in some respects is better than in neighboring countries. For example, in Pridnestrovie one can freely access the Internet using a variety of technologies to choose from, watch and listen to dozens of TV and radio channels. Moreover, information technology is not standing still and is constantly evolving.
According to the head of public service communications, information and media of Pridnestrovie Gennady Chorba, each State to ensure its security has got to form a kind of information space for its citizens, ie citizens of the state should have access to the decisions and policies. To date, the country intensively develops digital TV to provide first-hand information to the entire population.
By the end of the year in the southern city of the republic - Dnestrovsk – they will establish two national digital television transmitters, to make the signal accessible to more than 90 % of the citizens of Pridnestrovie. In the long term they are going to eliminate the "dark" spots in the northern districts of the republic.
