- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie
Kiev hosted a meeting of "Permanent Conference..." under the chairmanship of the OSCE in Ukraine, attended by representatives of the parties, mediators and observers in the negotiations. We would like to bring to your attention the results of the first day of negotiations.
Political representative of Pridnestrovie Nina Shtanski thanked the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador at Large Andrey Deshchytsa for his efforts to maintain the dynamics of the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova, and also noted the overall efficiency of Ukrainian Chairmanship.
According to her, the Pridnestrovian delegation made great efforts to ensure that this round of negotiations was productive.
Nina Shtanski emphasized that the tactics of "small steps", which was proclaimed by the leaders of Moldova and Pridnestrovie in Odessa in 2012, opens up great possibilities for solving a number of problems that Tiraspol and Kishinev have accumulated, and that not to use it would be "a luxury."
Commenting on the agenda of this round of talks, Foreign Minister of Pridnestrovie declared its content inadmissible. The Pridnestrovian side sent their arguments to all participants in the "5+2" format in advance. She also said that the Pridnestrovian side does not intend to discuss the issues of the "third basket" when Pridnestrovie and Moldova still have many issues that have not yet been resolved. In particular, Nina Shtanski drew attention to a number of socio-economic issues, the discussion of which is paramount.
In this context, the head of the Pridnestrovian diplomacy also noted that consideration of the formation of the Free Trade Area of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union under the "5+2" format is also unacceptable. First, the process of Moldova's integration with the European Union is a sovereign matter of solely the Republic of Moldova. It has nothing to do with Pridnestrovian-Moldavian relations and, moreover, is not part of the negotiation field of the two countries. In addition, in Landshut, a conference on confidence-building measures Pridnestrovie President Yevgeny Shevchuk, communicating with Ukrainian OSCE Presidency and representatives of the German Government and the Prime Minister of Moldova, Mr Leanka, did not supported the initiative of the Moldavian side.
Nina Shtanski also raised the topic of the OSCE Mission in Pridnestrovie. According to the minister, she read the report of the Head of the OSCE Mission in Moldova Jennifer Brush and concluded that the information contained in the report is not true. Nina Shtanski assured Andrey Deshchytsa that the activities of the OSCE Mission to Pridnestrovie have not been subjected to any restrictions.
Concluding her speech, the head of the Pridnestrovian diplomacy noted that, despite the obstacles, the Pridnestrovian delegation is ready for substantive work. "I hope that all of us will be able to make sure that our memories of this beautiful and hospitable city were supported by more specific memories of signing documents," concluded Nina Shtanski.
Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk met with the deputy of the State Duma of Russia, the founder of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Eurasian integration" Alexey Zhuravlev and director of the organization Alexander Argunov to discuss issues related to the implementation on the territory of Pridnestrovie of a massive humanitarian project, the construction of 12 social facilities by the "Eurasian integration".
At the meeting with the President of Pridnestrovie there was noted that all work is carried out in accordance with the schedule, on separate objects – ahead of schedule. President Yevgeny Shevchuk thanked the representatives of the Autonomous Nonprofit organization, and on their behalf, the leadership of the Russian Federation, for support -ing the Russian citizens and compatriots living in Pridnestrovie.
As you know, the Russian Vice Prime Minister, Russian Special Presidential Representative in Pridnestrovie, Dmitry Rogozin is in charge of the implementation of humanitarian projects in Pridnestrovie.
Tiraspol office of the Anonymous Nonprofit Organization "Eurasian Integration" hosted a teleconference with Moscow.
The teleconference was held in the form of the Management Report by the "Eurasian integration" to the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation on Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin, in charge of the project to assist Pridnestrovie.
According to the founder of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Eurasian integration" Alexey Zhuravlev, by the beginning of September of the following year they plan to complete the eight objects - kindergartens, schools, medical faculty of the University of Pridnestrovie. Four sites (hospitals) will be completed by December 2014.
The ANO "Eurasian integration", in addition to the education and health care construction projects, plans the construction of the plant for the production of concrete and a housing department at the Perinatal Center of the mother and child, currently under construction.
Dmitry Rogozin, said: "It is important to demonstrate that the program of the President of Russia to support compatriots is a real-life project... The objective is to show the compatriots here, that Pridnestrovie does have the future and that Russia is its guarantor."
The head of Tiraspol office Alexander Argunovov emphasized that immense help to ANO "Eurasian integration" is provided by the government of Pridnestrovie." The Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic helps very much. If not for such close interaction, we would have not fit in these terms," said Alexander Argunov.
Prime minister of Pridnestrovie Tatiana Turanskaya said that the Government will continue to fully support the work of ANO "Eurasian integration" on the construction of social facilities, and expressed special thanks to the Russian Federation for such large-scale humanitarian projects that are being implemented for the first time on the territory of our republic.
In turn, Dmitry Rogozin, said: "I want to say kind words to the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and once again remind you that we are ready to help in the training of personnel from Pridnestrovie."
Moldova's authorities would have to ask Pridnestrovians' opinion on Moldova's initialling of the Association Agreement with the EU.
This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, the Russian president's special envoy on Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin, during the videoconference, held by ANO "Eurasian integration." He stressed that Moldova maintains a double policy towards Pridnestrovie.
"I have said repeatedly and now say again to the Government and the President of Moldova to consult with Pridnestrovie. It's unheard of, when, on the one hand, they are talking about the territorial integrity of the Moldavian state within the borders of the Soviet Moldavia, and on the other hand, in dealing with such fateful questions, they do not even put Tiraspol in the know. This way, one can just lose the whole train on all these slippery bends. Only the locomotive will remain, and it is unknown to what depot it will lead."
In this regard, Russian Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that the work carried out in Pridnestrovie in conjunction with ANO "Eurasian integration" is extremely important, as the projects implemented in Pridnestrovie are a part of the state policy of the Russian Federation. Thus, he said, Russia is a guarantor of the future of Pridnestrovie.
"Today we do not just build social facilities and kindergartens, nurseries, hospitals, buy ambulances. This means that Russia is a guarantor of the future of Pridnestrovie. I want everyone to understand this."
