- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;
- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;
- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie
Moldavian paramilitary unit is located on the territory of the Russian peacekeeping battalion in the Security Zone in Pridnestrovie (Bendery) illegally. Any attempts to evict the "tenants" are unsuccessful. Joint Control Commission not for the first month has been trying to work out an acceptable option for all parties and address the situation. However, the Moldavian delegation is going to protect its military and is not going to negotiate.
JCC Co-Chairman from Pridnestrovie Oleg Belyakov said that the Moldavian side once again blocked the commission's work and decided to go for advice. "Advice is a good thing, but we know that the Moldavian side returns from consultations with the views, which differ from the already established, and this again leads meetings to a dead end," says Oleg Belyakov.
Recently, in the Security Zone, there occurred several incidents involving the Moldavian security forces who tried to illegally cross the border of Pridnestrovie. In this connection, the Pridnestrovian delegation briefed the Moldavian colleagues on the Presidential Decree of Pridnestrovie, which regulates the procedure of crossing the border by policemen.
JCC Co-Chairman from Pridnestrovie recalled that in an area with increased security regime there can only work the personnel that was determined by agreements of 1992 and working papers of the JCC, all other law enforcement officers of Moldova shall enter the area as usual, as ordinary citizens.
At the same time, according to Oleg Belyakov, the situation in the Security Zone remains relatively stable and is still controlled by the relevant structures of the peacekeeping format.
In the Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry Deputy Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev met with a member of the European Commission Devin Luke, head of Political and Economic Section of the EU Delegation in Moldova Wiecher Slagter, and Counselor for Political Affairs at the European External Action Service Remi Duflot.
The main topic of discussion was the upcoming summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius, and in particular the risks to face Pridnestrovie in connection with possible initialing by Moldova of the DCFTA (Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area) agreements with the EU.
During the meeting, representatives of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic outlined their alarming forecasts. Their European counterparts were sympathetic to the negative aspects of its signing.
Also during the dialogue Pridnestrovian side reiterated the proposal of President Yevgeny Shevchuk on the formulation of a transparent formula of interaction between the two countries and the EU, which could be reflected in a special bilateral agreement. Recall, this idea was announced by the head of state at a conference on confidence-building measures in Landshut, Germany.
Representatives of the European Union and Development Program of the United Nations visited Tiraspol rehabilitation center for children and youth with disabilities.
The rehabilitation center is working to make at least one disabled child happy and give parents the opportunity to work. Support of the rehab center is one of the projects within the European program "Support for confidence-building measures."
Adviser to the European Commission Remi Duflot was impressed that the guys showed how they behaved. He was particularly struck by those who danced and played musical instruments.
According to the Deputy Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Programme Narine Sahakyan, a very important component in these centers is that they allow parents to work, and this is a very positive impact on the family's welfare.
The EU-UNDP joint budget to "Support confidence-building measures" amounts to about 10 million euros, of which the rehab center has received $ 25,000 in 2013. Thanks to this help children with disabilities were able to go to the Black Sea and get trained, "How can I find a job?" In the rehabilitation center in Tiraspol children with disabilities have learned to care for themselves, to sew and perform various handicrafts.
The rehab center is attended by about 50 children and young people with intellectual and physical disabilities, their age is between a year and a half and forty years. They are going to open a carpentry shop and teach dance there.
"The nation's health is in our hands" campaign was held for 10 days throughout Pridnestrovie.
Dubossary hosted a presentation of the students reports on healthy lifestyles in high schools of the district. The schoolchildren are engaged in propaganda. They record all the events on camera or camcorder. And then they make a video report from these materials. School Council manages all processes.
School Councils appeared 15 years ago. One of the initiators, Dmitry Lupanov, says that they had given a good thought to what to replace Pioneer and Komsomol organizations with. So they have decided to form councils with the chairmen and their assistants, so that students themselves were able to elect their leaders. Today school councils have different names. The school number 2, for example, is referred to as Parliament, the 4th school is called the "City of Masters". But irrespective of a council's name, in any educational institution it is the chief assistant of teachers.
Dmitry Lupanov, deputy director of the school № 4: "A teacher alone gets by hard. And these children - the activists - feel the shoulder of the teacher, the student and the teacher want to achieve something new, want to be leaders, assist their pedagogues. Such school council, parliaments needed. This is the future of the nation."
Each School Council works along specific lines. Promoting a healthy lifestyle is a priority. According to a video report, the Jury will determine how well work has been done this year. Winners will receive prizes and diplomas.
The population of the village of Parkany celebrated the day of the temple. The first mention of the village dates back to 1770.
Parkany is the largest ethnic settlement of Bulgarians abroad. Nikita Khrushchev paid a visit to the villagers in the days of the Soviet Union. Festivities began in the village with a solemn service at the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael.
According to Russian folk calendar, Michaelmas is celebrated on November 21. This last autumn festival is associated with the end of the wedding season. That same day, the Pridnestrovian village of Slobodzeya district observes temple festival. Since 8:30 in the morning, villagers gathered in the church of the Archangel Michael, where a vigil was held.
Thereafter, in the park opposite the church there was consecrated the cross recently installed there in memory of the inhabitants of the village, victims of political repression of the XX century. According to the head of the village administration of Parkany Petr Nikolaev, 2 years ago the parishioners applied in the administration with the request to establish a cross.
"This cross has historical value. It was installed during construction of the first church in Parkany in the XVIII century. When this church was blown up, a villager hid the cross at home in the attic. After some time new owners of the house found the cross. We restored it and at the expense of the Veterans Council and established it in the center of the village," said Nikolai Petrov.
According to him, there is also planned to create a square, install benches, and if it would be possible to build a small chapel. "Unfortunately, we had not had the opportunity, so we are doing it now," said the head of the village administration.
On the same day the local cultural center (in June 1990, there was held the 1st Congress of deputies of all levels, which first put forward the idea of creating the Pridnestrovian Republic) hosted a concert for the villagers by creative teams during which a villager, Nikolai Uzun, was awarded the title "Honorary Citizen of Parkany village." The festivities continued with folk festivals in the central square of the village, where everyone could taste drinks and various types of honey and baking.
The celebrations ended with fireworks.
The worshiping cross has been established at the entrance to the Pridnestrovian city of Rybnitsa. The symbol of spiritual protection of the city and its inhabitants has been consecrated by Archbishop Tiraspol and Dubossary Savva.
The marble cross over 4 meters height with the image of Jesus Christ now stands at the entrance to Rybnitsa. It is a gift from the Rybnitsa dweller Nikolay Pasko by the 385 anniversary of the city. According to him, he had nurtured the idea a long time in his trips to Ukraine, to Russia, constantly wondering, "how and when could this cross be installed in Pridnestrovie."
Our ancestors used to install such crosses to be able to pray facing the road when leaving the house. Archbishop Tiraspol and Dubossary Savva consecrated the Rybnitsa cross.
Archbishop of Tiraspol and Dubossary Savva wiched Rybnitsa residents "Happy angel birthday. "I would like to wish all Rybnitsa residents special relationship and God's mercy. So that every resident of the city of Rybnitsa had special sense of mercifulness in his heart," said the archbishop.
