- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie

The deteriorating situation in the Security Zone in Pridnestrovian town of Bendery was the focus of expert hearings of the Public Chamber of the Republic, attended by representatives of the Joint Control Commission.

The situation in the Security Zone for the past two years, remains tense. Last year there were 48 different incidents, this year there are 43. Just recently, the Moldavian police blocked traffic on Varnitsa checkpoint. In addition, the Moldavian side is constantly increasing its force presence in Bendery.

According to the JCC co-chair from Pridnestrovie Oleg Belyakov, "The police component increases in the city of Bendery from year to year. In violation of all agreements, a full-fledged police station was established."

Instead of the 100 policemen, according to the agreement, in Bendery there are about 500 armed members of the security agencies of Moldova. On the territory of the Russian peacekeeping battalion there is an illegal Moldavian paramilitary unit. From May 30 the work of the JCC has been effectively blocked. According to Oleg Belyakov, Moldova takes all these steps with one goal - to achieve a change in the peacekeeping format. Pridnestrovie and Russia, in turn, insist on its preservation until the conflict is settled.

According to community members, the Moldova police must leave Bendery, and the deterioration of the situation in the Security Zone is in need of immediate attention, especially on the part of the guarantor countries, as well as international organizations.

The meeting also decided that the public organizations of the republic should closely monitor the situation in the Security Zone and contribute to its improvement.

Russian presidential aide has revealed the behinds of the desire of the Moldavian authorities to sign an association agreement with the EU. According to Sergei Glazyev, the whole process of European integration since 2009 has caused enormous damage to Russia's relations with Moldova and Ukraine.

In an interview with radio station "Voice of Russia", he noted that the program "Eastern Partnership" with all its constructiveness was completely anti-Russian. It has led to a look-alike draft agreements on association of various countries and the European Union. There are several such projects.

"The agreement with Ukraine, to be initialed and signed in November, and an agreement with Moldova, which is being developed behind closed doors, the lack of access of the Russian side to negotiate the terms of the Association of Moldova and the European Union seems a flagrant violation of the agreements on the settlement of the Pridnestrovian conflict," said Sergei Glazyev.

The official expressed confidence that the European integration "is, in fact, variations of the power of pressure on our partners, who are forced to sign flawed, unprofitable contracts that put them in a one-sided dependence on the European bureaucracy, depriving them of sovereignty. These agreements are contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine and Moldova, and, from our point of view, are the worst example of military pressure on these countries, which will result in greater economic and human losses not only for these countries but also for the European Union."

Glazyev said that the signing of agreements between the EU and Ukraine and Moldova is able to inflict enormous damage both to these states and the Russian trade and economic relations within the CIS.

"Recently, one of the Euro-commissioners announced that the participation of Ukraine in association with the European Union would give it six percent GDP growth. It is a blatant lie. This can not be true, this statement is not based on any calculations. We are witnessing the unceremonious interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine, striving at all costs to get her to the Association for one purpose only - to strip her of any legal possibility to move towards the Eurasian Economic Integration," said Russian presidential aide Sergei Glazyev.

Pressing challenges facing Pridnestrovie in view of the Vilnius "Eastern Partnership"summit, and the conditions and prospects of the "civilized divorce" of Moldova and Pridnestrovie were discussed by experts at the round table in the Pridnestrovian State University.

Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski drew attention to a new vector of development of the economies of neighboring countries - Moldova and Ukraine - and to some extent it is "too divorce, only of completely different "spouses". Foreign Minister noted that this process takes place "against the background of the unsettled relations between Moldova and Pridnestrovie, against the blockade, initiated in 2006 that has led to disastrous consequences, which Pridnestrovie feels and overcomes every day."

The diplomat emphasized that, in fact, Pridnestrovie is getting another new trading regime. In her opinion, the regime in 2006 generated a lot of unresolved issues that become background of new risks and challenges, and that anyone is unlikely to predict the result of their "overlay" with accuracy.

According to Nina Shtanski, it's safe to say that this agreement in no way takes into account the interests of Pridnestrovian economic agents, neither the difference between the economic systems of Moldova and Pridnestrovie, it does not consider fundamentally different fiscal and monetary systems, and the fact that Pridnestrovie and Moldova have no direct banking relationships.

Foreign Minister expressed the view that for Pridnestrovie the integration into the regime imposed by the European Union upon Moldova and Ukraine is "useless and counterproductive". In this sense, the country must define its own format of economic relations with the EU.

During the discussion, the director of the independent Center for Analytical Research "New Age" Elena Bobkov presented the results of a sociological survey "geopolitical choice of Pridnestrovie". According to her, almost 61 % of Pridnestrovians support Eurasian course of the republic and are fully aware of the threats associated with the consequences of the summit of "Eastern Partnership". Moreover, more than 79% of respondents support the idea of civilized "divorce" of Pridnestrovie and Moldova proposed by the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk. In addition, the 82.6% of respondents support the prospect of Pridnestrovie's reunification with Russia. Responding to a question about what can be considered as a national idea of Pridnestrovie, a quarter Pridnestrovians defined it as "endorsement of independence of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic", a third of respondents are in favor of "reunification with Russia." The highest proportion - about 39 % - defined national idea as a simultaneous process of promotion of independence and reunification with Russia. According to Elena Bobkov, the results confirm the high level of public support for the foreign policy of the country.

At the end of the round table Nina Shtanski commended the panel discussion. The diplomat stressed: the format of the expert communication must be saved for it to "grow in a series of meetings for the rapid exchange of views."

The government of Pridnestrovie signed the Agreement on the Promotion of the construction complex of the republic.

According to the Prime Minister Tatiana Turanskaya, in recent years the construction industry has not been given due attention. The signing of this agreement will help to improve the regulatory framework and to effectively solve the existing problems: the unfinished protracted constructions, the lack of responsibility on the part of customers and contractors, the level of funding that does not allow one to complete the construction in full within a specified time.

According to the Chairman of the Union of Construction Industry of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Nikolyuk, the signed agreement will be the beginning of revival of the construction industry of the state.

Tatiana Turanskaya looked forward to working closely with all the construction companies of the Republic, which will help develop the socio-economic aspect.

Formation of an innovative system of education is not possible without a radical revision of the mission of the teacher in today's society. The teacher today has the most important task: to make and implement new, innovative ideas and technologies in the learning process, that is, to be innovative," said the Minister of Education Svetlana Fadeeva.
