- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie

Russian non-profit organization "Eurasian integration" is going to build additional facilities in Pridnestrovie, and not just the social infrastructure - kindergartens, clinics, etc., but also a number of industrial enterprises. The head of "Eurasian integration" was a guest of the new project of the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie – "Talk uncensored."

Perinatal Center in Tiraspol will appear earlier than planned. The project to help newborns will be implemented in the first place. This decision has been accorded with the President and the Ministry of Health of Pridnestrovie.

"Eurasian integration" is also ready to participate in the Pridnestrovian villages' development program. Recall, the Government adopted a 4-year program, which provides for more than half a billion rubles to be allocated to improving living standards in rural areas. The help is rendered by Russia. Some of the villages of the republic are in need of gas and water supply. The "Eurasian integration" has sent its vision of what else can be built in the villages and how much money will it take to the Ministry and the Russian President's special representative on Pridnestrovie, Dmitry Rogozin.

"The decision on the allocation of funds is to be made by the Russian leadership. I think that at the end of next year, these projects can be started. At the very least, we have done everything to make it so," said the director of the NGO" Eurasian integration."

The Russian side is going to donate to Pridnestrovie the new concrete plant. It is a highly efficient company. First of all, the plant will provide material objects that are being constructed through the "Eurasian integration." And afterwards the enterprise will be managed by Pridnestrovie. Alexander Argunov said that the activities in our country for him is a dream job.

Despite the new plans for the construction, all started construction will be completed in time, said Alexander Argunov. By the end of 2014, doctors will start working at the new medical facilities; kindergartens and other educational institutions will be opened by September 1.

In the Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Grigorievich Shevchenko they discussed the integration of national economy into the global economic system.

Round table "Legal problems of integration of national economies into the global economic system" brought together representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, the State Anti-Monopoly Committee of prices and activity, the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank, the faculty and students of the university.

The experts discussed the issues related to the adaptation of the national economy and the legal framework of Pridnestrovie to the norms and requirements of the global economy, the possibility of the formation of regional integration bodies with the participation of the Republic and the prospect of attracting investment.

According to the participants of the round table, despite the high degree of openness of the Pridnestrovian economy, its integration with the outside world is fragmented. This is largely due to the uncertainty of the political and legal status of the state.

As noted by the assistant professor of civil and labor rights Oksana Florea, the absence of this status entails a number of consequences that limit the effective economic activities and cooperation of businesses in the global economic system.

Among the measures aimed at economic development of the republic, the roundtable suggested to begin the creation of free economic zones. They cited the experience of the former Soviet Union states, where such zones have been effective. However, it was also stated the need for a thorough analysis of all the possible consequences of such a step for our economy.

According to the deputy dean of the Faculty of Economics University Ivan Uzun, even with the international non-recognition, Pridnestrovie might be interesting for foreign business. Of course, the nonrecognition is a deterrent, but the business is also willing to take risks, and the presence of investors in Pridnestrovie testifies to the fact that our country does pose some interest to them. "The main thing is that the investor and the state trusted each other. For this it is necessary to work out a kind of road map and reduce bureaucratic procedures," said Ivan Uzun. He also drew attention to the fact that the country needs both external and domestic investment.

Prime Minister of Pridnestrovie Tatiana Turanskaya held a meeting with the leaders of the financial and economic sector of Pridnestrovie. The meeting discussed the situation around the upcoming Vilnius summit "Eastern Partnership".

According to the head of the Government, the events surrounding the upcoming forum in Vilnius are evolving so rapidly and unexpectedly that it is currently impossible to accurately predict its outcome, however, in any case they will have a significant impact on the environment in which the Pridnestrovian economy operates, so it is important to closely monitor and analyze the events of the summit in order to take all possible steps in time and to minimize the consequences of a negative scenario.

Minister of Economic Development of Maya Parnas noted that her agency conducted volume work on the study of possible scenarios and is now preparing an analytical article on the possible post-summit situation of Pridnestrovie. It will be published in the December Journal "Economy of Pridnestrovie".

Following the discussion, Tatiana Turanskaya stressed the need to continue to closely monitor the status of Pridnestrovian enterprises engaged in economic activity in the markets of the European Union in order to take timely action in any scenario.

The agenda of the extended meeting of the Public Council of the city of Bendery included the discussion of the situation that is emerging around Pridnestrovie in connection with the forthcoming summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius. The meeting was attended by civic leaders, members of the urban and the Supreme Soviet, the directors of the leading enterprises of Bendery.

The Association Agreement between Ukraine, Moldova and the EU is a major concern for the Bendery social activists and economic agents who can remember 2006 - the beginning of the economic blockade of Moldova against Pridnestrovie.

Chairman of the Board of Trade Unions of Bendery and the Coordinating Council of NGOs Maria Kulakli believes that if Moldova and Ukraine enter a free trade area with the EU it will lead to the complete isolation of Pridnestrovian enterprises from the outside world. At present, our businesses have access to the foreign countries (Italy, Germany, Poland, etc.). If the Republic loses these markets and the markets of import of raw materials and components, it will lead to plant closures, unemployment, and eventually to the collapse of the economy.

All the speakers were united in one thing: now more than ever the country has to consolidate all branches of government. Pridnestrovie is focused on Eurasian integration, a union with Russia. This was confirmed by the referendum. Reversing our neighbors to the Western way of development will affect not only the economy of the republic, but also jeopardize its statehood. The meeting adopted a draft appeal, to be sent to the state authorities and the media.
