- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

News from Pridnestrovie

Many associate with the upcoming Vilnius summit one major event of the last week - Yevgeny Shevchuk's speech at a conference on confidence-building measures in Germany that has had time to become famous. Judging by the comments on the Internet, it caused a resonance not only within the country but also abroad. Some users of social networks have compared Shevchuk's address to the famous Munich speech of Putin.

It seems like the traditional conference on confidence-building measures is designed to facilitate the rapprochement of the parties, but in practice almost always it turns out the opposite. So it was this time. If Moldavian Prime Minister Leanca in his speech promised that everything will be fine, the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk said firmly that you can not live like this anymore. According to the President, Pridnestrovie needs final decisions in the name of democracy, protecting the rights of citizens, their opinion, will and economic freedoms that are the basis of political freedoms.

Yevgeny Shevchuk, elaborated on the economic situation. For years, with the tacit approval and involvement of the West, the Republic has been living in a de facto economic blockade, and the upcoming accession of Moldova and Ukraine to the free trade zone with the European Union will only worsen our situation.

The President thanked Russia, because it is thanks to her help the country managed to stay afloat. A special attention was paid to the situation in the Security Zone, which has been restless, of late.

Just to confirm the words of the President, there was another incident in the Security Zone. Employees of the Moldavian police kidnapped a citizen of Pridnestrovie. In response the Pridnestrovian KGB obliged the law enforcement officers of Moldova to pass control at border customs checkpoints of Pridnestrovie. In case of violations of the movement across the state border of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the specified category of employees of Moldova will be expelled and recognized as persons whose continued presence in the territory of our republic is impossible.

The main message of Shevchuk's speech in Germany is as follows: Moldova and Pridnestrovie cannot be together. The situation can only be settled through a civilized divorce.

"Are the members of the international community to consider the will of Pridnestrovians, repeatedly expressed during the referendum? Are they ready to ensure that their rights will be respected and inviolable, as in many parts of the world? Are they ready to admit that the basis of democracy is the will of the person, who lives directly, including, in a conflict zone? One should not be afraid of the international recognition of the state that has actually took place, if it is a stable and answers the question of how to resolve the conflict. And the international recognition of Pridnestrovie, in our opinion, leads to stability and the most equitable settlement. The highest value is the person who lives here and now, with his problems and rights, and no one can take away a person's right to choose, the right to freedom!" said Yevgeny Shevchuk at the conference.

Reaction to the speech of the President of Pridnestrovie has begun to emerge during the performance. Certain role has been played by new technologies and social networks. Later the experts joined the discussion.

Political scientist Mikhail Kushakov said that "a civilized divorce is when you heed to the people's will and proceed from the way people want to live."

Moldavian experts' comments on Yevgeny Shevchuk's speech were quite reserved, suspecting this demarche the hand of Moscow. In Kishinev tey believe that a civilized divorce is not possible, at least not now.

Director of the Independent Center for Analytical Research "New Age", PhD in Sociology, Elena Bobkova said that "the most difficult element of this appeal is the term 'civilized', ie indeed, in order that our conflict, which many consider as frozen, was settled in a civilized way, one still has to do more serious job, but at the same time, there is the foundation for this."

The Moldavian experts also recalled the law of 2005, according to which the most that Pridnestrovie can count on is a broad autonomy within Moldova. They even talked about the fact that there is no "registrar" for states' divorce.

However, according to Mikhail Kushakov, "it is a legal act, the will of one of the participants of international law, it could be any state, it can recognize the sovereignty of the newly created state, it is its right, in this situation, the task is to convince one that such a decision would be correct."

In the Public Council of the Pridnestrovian city of Rybnitsa discussed the situation around the Vilnius summit.

The lack of complete information is the main problem, noted public figures of Rybnitsa. In the absence of clarity of what exactly the Agreement on free trade zone of Moldova and Ukraine with the EU envisages and what would be the consequences for our country, at this moment, the main task is to prevent another economic blockade, the community leaders believe.

Public Council of the City aims to defend the rights of Pridnestrovie on the economic and political levels.

The authorities have already taken steps to eliminate possible threats, in particular, economic, and all the Pridnestrovians should be aware of that, say social activists of Rybnitsa. Therefore, one should tell the people about it.

Chairman of the Public Council of Rybnitsa Anatoly Dengovsky noted that all members of the organization expressed concern about the situation and decided to conduct explanatory work among the population, speak to the media. It is also necessary to influence public opinion in the EU and around the world.

Rybnitsa Community Council is going to start its awareness campaign in the near future.

The National Championship was held in accordance with the new international regulations established in September of this year. So athletes in age group 19 years and older (today it is called the "Elite"), appear in the ring without helmets. According to experts, including Pridnestrovian, the opportunity to see the face of boxers, monitor their emotions, makes fights more entertaining, which in turn increases interest in the sport.

The spectators watched the matches in the group of "elite" particularly closely, and, what is encouraging, is that the bouts involving such famous athletes as Dmitry Sukhodolskiy, Valery Kyrma, Maxim Postoyuk, Valery Karabadzhak, Nikolay Usatenko showed strong resistance of their opponents.
