- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

News from Pridnestrovie

Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk held a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies to discuss the incident of kidnapping and abduction of a citizen of Pridnestrovie and Russia by the Moldavian police in the Security Zone. The head of state was informed on the progress of investigations.

Recall that the incident occurred in the "Northern" neighborhood of Bendery on October 18 of this year. Pridnestrovian law enforcement authorities opened a criminal investigation into the abduction of the citizen of Pridnestrovie and Russia.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee of State Security of Pridnestrovie Nikolay Zemtsov said that the identities of the two policemen are already known. Pridnestrovian authorities continue to work to identify those involved in the incident and the details of the case.

Yevgeny Shevchuk stressed that "a citizen of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, under no circumstances, can be taken out of the territory of Pridnestrovie by law enforcement bodies of either party without the appropriate procedures established by the legislation of our country." "We have an investigation team in Bendery, there is interaction between the law enforcement agencies, which should prejudge the transfer of information to a preliminary study," said Yevgeny Shevchuk.

The Head of State gave instructions.

Recall that it is the second abduction of a Pridnestrovian citizen by the Moldavian police in the current year.

The detention and abduction of the citizen of Pridnestrovie and Russian by the law enforcement authorities of Moldova was discussed at a special meeting of the Security Council hosted by the President Yevgeny Shevchuk.

In his address to the members of the Security Council Yevgeny Shevchuk once again focused attention on the fact that such incidents are not allowed.

The President noted that the legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is enforced in the territory of Pridnestrovie. The law determines that the citizens of Pridnestrovie can not be subjected to searches, interrogations, operational-search activities by officials and authorities that are not spelled out in the relevant laws. According to the Constitution of our country all law enforcement agencies are required to protect the rights of Pridnestrovie and interests Pridnestrovians by all available forces and means.

In the cities of Bendery and Dubossary there is the Security Zone, regulated by the agreements. "We uphold these agreements and will continue to abide by them. This applies to the Joint Investigation Team and the format of cooperation within the framework of the Joint Control Commission. We have initiated and continue to insist that we must adopt the appropriate procedures of cooperation between law enforcement agencies that would predetermine the possibility of sharing the necessary information in order to search for, find and bring to justice the real perpetrators. I would like to say that these opportunities have so far been limited due to the fact that the agreements on cooperation of law enforcement agencies are not fulfilled by the Republic Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova. Worldwide, there are procedures for interaction between law enforcement agencies.

Our position is this: any actions outside the framework of the existing procedures are not only contrary to the existing agreements, but also the principles of collaboration and cooperation. The future facts, when representatives of foreign countries will unilaterally export Pridnestrovian citizens from the territory of Pridnestrovie is unacceptable. In this part, we need to work out a package of measures aimed at maintaining stability in the Security Zone and to protect the interests of individual citizens residing in the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic."

The Pridnestrovian State University hosted a meeting of national public organizations and political parties.

In the opinion of public men, another economic blockade or humanitarian catastrophe is to befall Pridnestrovie after the accession of Moldova and Ukraine to the free trade zone with the European Union. It is not the time to sit down & shut up, according to representatives of public organizations. They are ready to carry out a broad information campaign and to give a new impetus to the struggle for international recognition of the republic.

There has not been such a representative body of public men in the country for a long time. All gathered for a serious reason - the new challenges the republic is to face very soon.

"The complexity of the next test requires greater cohesion. We are confident that all attempts to change our coice will end in failure. We have been and will be together with Russia. We will be with her in the Union, where Russia herself will be. In the customs, the Eurasian or the outer space. It is futile to break us, one should better recognize us," said the Chairman of the "Union of Moldavians of Pridnestrovie".

According to community members, the convergence of Moldova and Ukraine and the EU can create a difficult environment for the country. After all, our country is committed to another union - Eurasian. The meeting participants argue that they must not remain silent in this situation. On the contrary, these are threats that every citizen should know. According to the social activists, to do this, one must go and meet the people.

According to the head of the political party "Revival", Tatiana Kulakovskaya, a series of "round tables" are to be held in the cities of Rybnitsa, Dubossary, Bendery and Slobodzeya. The theme of the "round tables" is Pridnestrovie amidst Moldova, and Ukraine's entry into a free trade zone with the EU.

The only way out of this situation is the international recognition of Pridnestrovie, as the President Yevgeny Shevchuk stated at a conference in Germany, and the social activists agree with his statement. In support of the initiatives, the Black Sea Cossacks held two cross-bearing processions on November 4, and the Pridnestrovian communists are to reformat their November 7 meeting according to the new reality.

The meeting noted that the important task is to attract foreign media - the whole world should know about the Pridnestrovian people striving for international recognition. In addition, public figures suggest call on the friends to join the struggle.

Young people have to join the upcoming events, since they will live in a country they will built, those present said.

The meeting adopted two appeals: one - to the president of the republic, the other - to the people, in which they called for unity in order to deal with current threats in concert.

25 residents of the Pridnestrovian city of Dubossary, who in 1990 voluntarily came to the aid of the Gagauz people, were awarded commemorative medals "10 years of the Gagauz Republic".

The head of the official representation of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Moldova Gagauzia in Pridnestrovie Ivan Burgudzhy addressed to the Dubossarians words of gratitude and appreciation.

In his words, "the most serious strategic error made by Gagauzia was its entry into the Republic of Moldova on the rights of autonomy in 1994."

"Promises were very large, but almost 20 years of experience shows that the leadership of the State is not going to carry them out. If this is the case, then the other party can seize an opportunity to consider the question of returning to their own country," he said.

Ivan Burguzhdi noted that Gagauzia is going to hold a referendum on the future path of development. Most of the population of Gagauzia is against the accession of the Republic of Moldova to Romania.

Chairman of the Union of Gagauz in Pridnestrovie Sergei Kalynedelya noticed that the Gagauz community will continue to work to ensure that all participants of the "Gagauz campaign" received commemorative awards.

"Awards have found their heroes. For us it is very important that every party to these historic events was not forgotten," he said.

On the eve of the 10th anniversary awards were presented to the families and friends of the deceased participants.

One of the participants in the events of late October 1990, the journalist of Dubossary newspaper "Dawn of Pridnestrovie" Ivan Zdorovets said that the Gagauz greeted Pridnestrovians with flowers and tears.

"Although the threat of war was in the air iron discipline and fighting spirit reigned in the ranks of the defenders. Our enemies hesitated to start a war. It happened very soon in Pridnestrovie. This campaign has tempered us and prepared for new challenges. It showed that when the brothers are together, they win," said Zdorovets.

Over 80 residents of Dubossary and Dubossarsky district took part in the "Gagauz Campaign". The detachment of defenders led by the future Dubossary Cossack chieftain Panteley Sazonov and the local police assistance team member Pyotr Oleinik.

Recall that in October 1990 in Gagauzia, populated mainly by Russian-speaking Gagauz, Bulgarians, Ukrainians and Russian, there were declared the elections to the Supreme Soviet. The Nationalist government of the Republic of Moldova at the time, trying to disrupt the elections, sent volunteers and police to Gagauzia.

The region began to mobilize. Residents of the Gagauz villages, armed with fittings and other materials at hand, were preparing to defend themselves.

On 26 - 27 October 1990 the workers' militia of Pridnestrovie on dozens of buses were sent to the aid of Gagauzia. The motorcade passed through the Odessa area and arrived first at the city Chadyr-Lunga, then – to the then capital of Gagauzia Comrat.

Gagauz hike of Pridnestrovians was one of the factors that helped prevent a possible civil war in the south of Moldova. In the night from 29 to 30 October 1990 part of Pridnestrovians returned home in exchange for the withdrawal of the same part of the Moldavian volunteers from Comrat.

Gagauz Republic, proclaimed in 1990, lasted until 1994, and then became part of Moldova on the Rights of the Autonomous Territorial Unit (Gagauz - Yeri).

On November 4 in Pridnestrovie, as well as in Russia, they celebrate the Day of National Unity. This date reminds us of the events of 1612, when the courage, heroism, inner strength, civic responsibility and unity of the Russian people was displayed to the full. It is symbolic that on November 4 Orthodox Christians celebrate the Day of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, under the auspices of which Moscow was freed by the militia more than four centuries ago.

The unity and solidarity of the people have always been immutable and fundamental principles of the development and prosperity of society and the state. In modern conditions, the desire of all people to overcome their differences and live in peace and good neighborliness is of particular importance. A sense of spiritual community, a belief in the triumph of justice, love and respect for ancestors, for the Fatherland are the values that we must preserve for the ages.

The Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk congratulated Pridnestrovians on the Day of National Unity.

"Pridnestrovian people have always lived in harmony, respecting linguistic, cultural and religious identity of each other. I am firmly convinced that we will continue our tradition of patriotism, citizenship and solidarity of the Slavic peoples, uniting around common, big goals! We are together with Russia! Congratulations on the Day of National Unity! On the Day of Our Lady of Kazan! I wish you peace! Goodness! Happiness and prosperity!" said Yevgeny Shevchuk in his congratulatory address.

Recall that in these days holiday concerts and festival of Russian culture "We are together" are held in all cities of the country. Gala concert will be held at the Palace of the Republic on November 9.

The capital of Pridnestrovie opened a traditional reporting exhibition of the Union of Artists of Pridnestrovie "Autumn Opening Day."

The exhibition presented about 70 works that the artist created in the course of this year, among them the works which have never been exhibited, so the exhibition is "fresh and interesting, it gives visitors the aesthetic pleasure and positive emotions."

The exhibition comprises all major areas of art - paintings, drawings and decorative arts. The feature of the exhibition are sculptures by three masters.

Another feature of the exhibition is that it was attended by several candidates for membership of the Union of Artists.

As they said at the opening, each Pridnestrovian artist makes an invaluable contribution to the development of art. And the artists are united by the desire to share their ideas about life and about the world.

Also the artists who participated in the July exhibition held at the Odessa regional center of Ukrainian culture were awarded diplomas. The Pridnestrovian artists presented about 30 pieces there.

The Pridnestrovian city of Bendery hosted the open cup of Pridnestrovie in jiu -jitsu. Bendery Wrestling Center—the school of Olympic reserve named after Gennady Badanov—held the tournament as part of the sports festival to commemorate the Pridnestrovian policemen killed in the line of duty.

More than 120 participants in more than 20 weight categories of athletes aged between 5 and 42 took part in the event. The tournament was attended not only by wrestlers of the above style, but also representatives of the related combat sambo and karate.

Loose rules of bout, implying the use of both wrestling and shock technique, make this format very entertaining and interesting for combat sports, practiced in various directions and styles of contact.

According to the chief judge of the competition, the chief instructor of the Pridnestrovian school "Bushinkai International" Sergey Revenko, in a few months they are to hold Spring Open Cup of Pridnestrovie in jiu-jitsu. But, unlike the recent tournament, it will be carried out according to the rendori (free wrestling) rules, that is, without the use of shock techniques.
