- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

The agreement of Ukraine and Moldova with the European Union on free trade zone will create serious obstacles for foreign economic activity of Pridnestrovie, stated Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Foreign Economics at the RISS, Pavel Zakharov, in his report at the expert hearings, "Europe and the former Soviet space: current aspects of economic cooperation," held in Tiraspol.

According to the Russian expert, Ukraine and Moldova have clearly indicated their course towards European integration, and intend to bring this process to the end.

Pavel Zakharov told the hearing participants in detail about the many risks the Ukrainian economy would have to deal with after the signing of the free trade zone with the European Union.

"The agreement of Ukraine and the European Union regulates different spheres of public life, including politics, economy, justice, human rights, especially customs, the police and various ministries and departments, up to monetary policy," said the expert. Pavel Zakharov said that Kiev is ready to implement the 3000 guidelines and standards of the European Union, and that means a radical revision of the Ukrainian legislation, and perhaps not for the benefit of Ukraine.

"All of the provisions of the Association Agreement are legally binding and irreversible. That is, if Kiev agreed to introduce amendments to its legislation, it is impossible to remove them. Otherwise they will be penalized. In fact, Ukraine is losing a significant share of their sovereignty, especially in the economic sphere," said the Russian guest. Thus, he continues, Ukraine plays the role of the student, while the European Union's role is that of the teacher who evaluates the success of the ward, if all goes well, the latter will receive bonuses.

One should not forget also that the huge losses will be incurred by the budget of the country, as the reforms prescribed by Brussels need larger budgets. Budget problems will become worse, in part because of increasing pressure on the Ukrainian producers from European competitors. The main challenge for Ukrainian producers will be the need to readjust to the European technology standards enforced by the Agreement, - said the expert. Thus, Ukraine is obliged to cancel the GOST standards that are incompatible with EU standards, all Ukrainian producers will have to abandon the geographical indication of the origin of goods, etc. He specified that the rules of the Agreement are subject to all Ukrainian goods. Those producers who do not comply will not be able to sell their products even in Ukraine, not to mention the European market.

According to the Russian expert, Ukrainian industry, which will fail to compete with the industry of the European Union will also suffer to a large extent. Then the industries manufacturing the finished products enter the risk zone. Thus, Ukraine will be able to export to Europe relatively limited list of goods.

Pavel Zakharov is of the view that the European Union will also take steps that will force Pridnestrovie adjust to a single regional free trade regime. "In the case of Ukraine's and Moldova's joining the free trade zone Pridnestrovie will be an enclave surrounded on all sides, where there are introduced the rules and regulations of the European Union. Essentially they will attempt to put the Republic before the fact of forced entry into the free trade zone with all its obligations. On the other hand, the European Union may consider Pridnestrovie as a separate economic entity with its own rules," said the expert.

Recall, according to the results of the Moscow meeting of the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk and Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation on Pridnestrovie, Dmitry Rogozin, there was signed a protocol.

According to a senior researcher at RISS Vasily Kashirin, signing of this document will have a significant impact on the Pridnestrovian economy.

Speaking at the closed expert hearing "Europe and the former Soviet space: current aspects of economic cooperation," Vasily Kashirin expressed the view that the economic consequences of Vilnius Summit will become the basis for a political diktat against Pridnestrovie.

"And as Pridnestrovie, for obvious reasons, due to the clearly expressed will of the people is not going to make political concessions in negotiations with Moldova, then the country will face some form of sanction, somehow camouflaged. And so Pridnestrovie is forced to seek retaliatory steps and gradually reorient the main focus of its foreign trade, and of course - in the direction of Russia and the Customs Union," said Vasily Kashirin.

According to him, the expert hearing is one of the links of the great work being done in Russia. He noted that it is possible to speak of a direct, if not technical, then the moral connection between this event and the signing of the protocol Shevchuk - Rogozin.

"The protocol states that soon they will study the ways to connect Pridnestrovie to the system of Russian public procurement, which would have truly momentous consequences for the Pridnestrovian economy on short and medium term. And the Office of the Special Russian Envoy on Pridnestrovie will be engaged herein. And having such a senior friend, a representative and defender of the interests of Pridnestrovie the republic can hope that everything will be OK," noted Kashirin.

Chairman of the Government of Pridnestrovie Tatiana Turanskaya as part of the governmental commission continues to detour social institutions, reconstructed due to the humanitarian assistance of the Russian Federation.

The Commission examined the educational institutions in Kamenka and Rybnitsa districts.

According to the head of the Government, the institutions never underwent extensive renovations. The district government had chosen the right approach to the implementation of funds allocated by Russia. A large body of repair works has been done, including: replacement of roofing, water, heating and electricity systems, as well as interior finishing.

The Prime Minister paid special attention to the Rybnitsa kindergarten № 3. The kindergarten is the only preschool establishment in the area with an additional group of visually impaired children. For this preschool they have acquired technical and medical equipment, which will enable one to work with children who have vision problems.

According to Tatiana Turanskaya, the inspected social sites, as well as kindergartens in Tiraspol and other cities, deserve a good score.

During her trip to Kamenka district Tatiana Turanskaya paid a visit to the local cannery, de-privatized last year. She noted the positive results for the last 9 months. Thus, production volumes increased several times, one managed to repay the loans debt, settle wage arrears, and create new jobs. This will entail an increase in tax revenues to the local budget.

At the end of her trip the Prime Minister visited the monastery of St. John the Baptist, which is being built in the tract Kalagur, Rybnitsa district, where she had a conversation with the abbot of the monastery about the pressing issues.

The capital of Pridnestrovie is hosting the Days of Russian cinema. The first show is a film by Alexei Uchitel "The Land". The director himself watched the film together with Pridnestrovian audience. He arrived in Tiraspol to talk about his father, the famous Soviet cameraman and director Efim Teacher, a native of Tiraspol. On October 28 Yefim Uchitel would have turned 100 years old.

Critics respond to the film "The Land's Edge" differently. Someone said that it is a very Russian film, inherent in the national character, while others considered it a prime example antihistoricism which incorrectly shows the post-war reality. The director argues that his film is not for the narrow circle of intellectuals. He tried to make it highly artistic and understandable to every viewer - from five years and up to a ripe old age.

The actors are the inhabitants of the settlements in Siberia. They were indicted as traitors and deported to the wilderness. The characters live near railroad station "The Land's Edge". There are no drugs there - all diseases are treated with moonshine.

The film "The Land's Edge" was premiered in 2010 at the Toronto Film Festival and others. The film won four awards "Golden Eagle". It was nominated for the "Golden Globe" Best Foreign Language Film, but did not receive a statuette.

At a meeting with the audience Alexei Uchitel talked a lot about his father - known Soviet cameraman Yefim Uchitel, who was born in Tiraspol. In 1935, Yefim Uchitel graduated from the Faculty of the Leningrad Institute of Cinema. He became known for his film "Leningrad in the fight."

Alexei Uchitel recalled: "Of course, I think, the key event for him was the 900 - day siege of Leningrad. Because it was also the most difficult period for all of Leningrad residents, and for the whole country. But it was key for him, because he had to film it. He had emotionally very strong experience. He had to choose, either to film, to cover this terrible life, or to save people."

The youngest son Alexei Uchitel - Ilya continued the directors' dynasty. He visited his famous grandfather's homeland together with his father. Today Ilya studies at the Russian State Institute of Cinematography and makes films.
