О нашем радио

Выход «Радио Приднестровья» в большой эфир всколыхнул коллег-журналистов из разных стран мира. По визитным карточкам приезжавших можно было изучать географию не только Европы, но и других континентов: Франция, Германия, Италия, Швеция, Англия, Греция, Израиль и даже Австралия.


Всех заинтересовала проблема Приднестровья. Их уже не удовлетворяло одностороннее (кишиневское) объяснение возникшей проблемы.


Журналисты искали встреч с государственными и общественными деятелями республики. И, конечно, зарубежных журналистов интересовало, как работают их коллеги на приднестровском радио, удостоенном глушения со стороны противника. (Этим, кстати, в свое время весьма гордились «Голос Америки» и «Радио Свобода»).


Опыт общения с иностранными журналистами в начале 1990-х подсказал необходимость создания на «Радио Приднестровья», помимо редакций вещания на официальных языках государства - русском, украинском и молдавском, редакции вещания на иностранных языках.


В настоящее время вещание государственного радио Приднестровской Молдавской Республики осуществляется на 6-ти языках:

- в FM-диапазоне - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках;

- в СВ-диапазоне - на русском языке;

- в КВ-диапазоне - на русском, английском, немецком и французском языках;

- on-line трансляция в Интернете - на русском, украинском и молдавском языках.


В редакцию "Радио Приднестровья" приходят письма от слушателей из самых разных уголков мира: от наших ближайших соседей - Украины, Молдовы, Белоруссии и России - до таких отдаленных стран, как Великобритания, США, Канада, Япония, Австралия, Новая Зеландия, Китай, Бразилия, Венесуэла, Чили, Мексика, Индия, Нигерия, Алжир и др. The government of Pridnestrovie will discuss with RISS experts possible implications of the Moldova-Ukraine agreement with the EU.

On October 28 Tiraspol will hold closed expert hearing "Europe and the former Soviet space: current aspects of economic cooperation."

The event is organized by the foreign ministry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

"The hearing is scheduled to discuss possible changes in the regional geopolitical situation regarding the intention of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to sign the agreement on association and free trade zone with the European Union. They will also discuss measures to stabilize the Pridnestrovian economy in view of the possible consequences of the summit of "Eastern Partnership", as well as options for responding to threats to the country's economy," reads the statement.

Prime Minister of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Tatiana Turanskaya held a working meeting with the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Pridnestrovie Oksana Bulanova to discuss the progress of work on socially significant objects, constructed and reconstructed thanks to the Russian humanitarian aid, as well as through the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Eurasian integration" (Russia).

Head of the Ministry of Labor presented a brief report on the progress of work on each of the objects.

"It was decided to strengthen the supervision and monitoring by the heads of administrations of all the facilities in order to see firsthand the results of the work, and submit all supporting documents for the execution of these works," said Tatiana Turanskaya.

She has endorsed the detour schedule, proposed by the departmental head, and stressed that all this work is under constant control of the Government of Pridnestrovie.

According to the press service of the State Customs Committee of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the Office held a meeting to summarize the results of the first 9 months of this year.

According to the data quoted, during this time (compared with the data for the first 9 months of 2012), the number of detected violations of customs rules increased by 48%. Most of them involve the cases of movement of goods without customs control (36%) and non-declaration (32 %). The total amount of fines levied by the customs authorities with law violators increased by 45%, compared to the same period last year.

During the first 9 months of this year, the law enforcement unit of SCC has recorded 19 crimes in the area of customs. In the course of proceedings on the trafficking cases there have been seized almost 1.4 kilograms of drugs, more than 2.4 kg of potent synthetic drugs and about 1.5 million tablets from the category of drugs, illicit in the PMR. Several channels of smuggling of tobacco products across the customs border have been blocked. As a result, 61.5 thousand packs of cigarettes have been confiscated. In the course of proceedings in criminal cases, goods, currency values and vehicles worth more than $ 44 thousand dollars have been seized.

A new foundry site has been launched at the Tiraspol plant "LITMASH". This event was timed to the 115th anniversary of the founding of the enterprise. The event was attended by the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk, the Chairman and members of the Government of the Republic, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Moldova Sergey Pirozhkov.

The head of the Pridnestrovian state, speaking to the owners and management of the company, noted the importance of the efforts that are applied to enhance the activity of the plant.

"We see, how the investor develops company, creates everything you need for its revitalization. In this difficult time, the owners and management of the plant have repeatedly appealed to the President and the Government of the Republic. Today I would like to wish them and all the employees of the plant that all their efforts have increased production, wage growth and stable work of the enterprise," said the President of the Dniester Moldavian Republic.

Yevgeny Shevchuk reminded that the "LITMASH" team has made a significant contribution to the creation of the Pridnestrovian state. For this achievement in 1995 it was awarded the highest award of Pridnestrovie - the Order of the Republic.

"For us it is important that one of the flagships of the Pridnestrovian industry stepped up its work. The restoration of the plant, investments testify to the fact that the enterprise has the prospect. I hope that the new forms and methods of management, investment, new markets and new products will affect the fact that the company will make a profit, pay taxes, and all the employees of the plant will be paid stable and high wages," said the head of state.

Members of the labor collective of the enterprise in this day were awarded high state awards.

Board of the Ministry of Education approved the development strategy for the cultural sector of Pridnestrovie for the years 2014-2025.

It is an integral part of the socio-economic development of Pridnestrovie and is focused on the implementation of reforms in the sector of culture, carried out in the country for the period up to 2025.

According to the Deputy Minister of Education, Art and Culture Vyacheslav Dolgodvorov, the purpose of the Strategy development of cultural industries of the republic for the years 2014-2025 is the most complete satisfaction of growing and changing cultural and other needs of the population of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. "The implementation of state policy on the development of cultural industries on the basis of a strategic partnership between the state, society and the business will help create the conditions for effective integration of the industry in the process of improving the well-being of citizens, maintaining social stability and development of civil society and sustainable socio-economic development of Pridnestrrovie," he said.

The main problems to be addressed by the Strategy are the conservation of cultural heritage and expansion of public access to culture and information, the development of artistic and creative activities, and capacity building in the field of culture.

It should be noted that the provisions of the Strategy are based on a comprehensive assessment of the state of culture and forecast of its development, science-based definition of the objective needs and the real possibilities for development of this sector, as well as the systematic analysis of the content and nature of these problems.

"The Strategy outlines the main features and problems of the industry culture, goals and objectives, expected outcomes, principles, stages and priorities, a set of key activities, necessary conditions, risks and control mechanism," said Vyacheslav Dolgodvorov.

If the strategy is adopted by the Government, MOE will begin a program of implementation of the Strategy. "Of course, we know today the economic situation in the country, and the first stages of the implementation of the Strategy - a change of the existing legislation and the revision of the current local regulations. Today, we don't have typical staffing and resource support for minimum standards of cultural institutions," said Vyacheslav Dolgodvorov.

Tiraspol along with Volgograd is mourning for those killed in the terrorist attack on October 21. According to the correspondent of "New Region", the bureau of the City Council of the Pridnestrovian capital addressed to the Volgograd authorities with words of condolence in connection with the explosion in the bus.

"We are fresh in the memory of similar moments when a taxi and a the bus exploded in Tiraspol. So, having gone through it, we can not stand idly by. The least that we can do is to express our support and condolences to those families who have lost their loved ones," said the Chairman of the City Council Alexander Shcherba.

Tiraspol and Volgograd are sister cities that develop mainly cultural ties. In 2006, when the economic blockade was imposed by Moldova and Ukraine, the first relief supplies arrived in Pridnestrovie from Volgograd, stressed the Pridnestrovian parliamentarians.

Dnestrovsk youth is worthy of attention. Boys and girls have told representatives of the city Office of the President for Domestic Policy how to make Dnestrovsk's life interesting and intellectually rich. The ideas of progressive young people were heeded to by the officials.

The first thing Dnestrovsk youth wants is to take part in the competitions between schools and technical schools. So that later, Pridnestrovians were able to participate in national competitions, promotions and events. The guys even told the authorities about their insights and ideas.

Pavel Donika, a student of secondary school number 1: "We would like to open the Department of Journalism in our school, and then to develop it in the city. Too bad that there is no competition between educational institutions, as it is between schools and colleges."

Diana Arifulina, a student of secondary school number 1: "There are a lot of creative young people in our city, but, of course, there is not enough development centers. I know that a lot of guys in Tiraspol take part in expeditions, in interesting circles – biological and environmental. We also have it, but it is not well developed."

Representatives of the Office of the President advised the children to be more active and offered to organize a team of smart and resourceful in order to take part in the presidential project "KVN school".

Maria Redekop, deputy head of the presidential office on domestic policy: "The active youth that made their comments and recommendations, in particular, will be assisted in the formation and conduct of city competitions. The youth of Dnestrovsk will also participate in national events."

Maria Redekop told young residents of Dnestrovsk about other Republican campaigns. The guys even managed to take part in one of them: "Pridnestrovie is a...".

The Pridnestrovian town of Kamenka hosted an international symposium of artists "KamArt – 2013."

It is attended by 15 people from Pridnestrovie, Ukraine, Gagauzia, Moldova and Belarus.

The artists dedicated their first day in Kamenka to excursions. They visited the old park, laid by General Field Marshal Pyotr Wittgenstein, and on one of the slopes surrounding the city, reports the press service of the State Administration of Kamenka and Kamenka district.

According to the coordinator of the project "KamArt", Vice -President of the International Association of Culture and Art of Yuri Salko, the program of the symposium is quite rich. "The artists will have plain airs and do sketches in some of the most picturesque and historically rich villages of the area - Rashkovo and Valea Adynke, as well as the village of Zhabka, the Republic of Moldova, located near Kamenka. As for the sculptors, their works will traditionally decorate the park in Kamenka sanatorium "Dniester"," he said.

Closing of the Symposium will be held on October 31. It will be combined with an exhibition of paintings, organized in the foyer of the main building of the resort, and the consecration of new sculptures in the park.

The symposium organizers are aiming not only to revive the tradition of informal communication of artists, but also to integrate Pridnestrovie in the global cultural space.

From October 25 to November 1 in the Pridnestrovian city of Dubossary will receive the most holy shrine in the Orthodox world - the image of the Mother of God with a particle of her garments.

According to the head of Dubossary deanery Fr Vitaly Koval, the icon comes with the blessing of the Archbishop of Tiraspol and Dubossary Savva.

"The icon is from Mount Athos, now it is in Ukraine, then it will come to us," informed the priest, adding that in Pridnestrovie one will be able to see it only in Dubossary Cathedral of All Saints.

The image is expected to arrive in the Cathedral on Friday. Worship will be made in honor of the arrival of the holy image. The vigil will begin on Saturday evening. A procession to the city center is scheduled for Sunday (9:45).

From 18 to 26 October St. Petersburg hosted the 2013 World Martial Arts Games. The festival includes competitions in 15 kinds of martial arts and combat sports - aikido, boxing, wrestling, judo, jiu-jitsu, karate, kendo, kickboxing, Thai boxing, savate, sambo, sumo, taekwondo, martial farts, and fencing.

A pupil of Slobodzeya Sports School number 1 Marianna Davydova participated in the tournament among samboists in weight category up to 68 pounds. Within one competition day the athlete, coached by the honored coach of the PMR Pavel Zabzalyuk, had four and won three bouts.

In the first met the Pridnestrovian Samboist confidently defeated her rival from India with the score 4-0, and then the Belarus athlete Olga Namazova with the score 3-1. While reaching the final, Marianna was defeated by the Serbian athlete Ivana Yandrik, and in the fight for the bronze she overcome the representative of Venezuela Timana.
